About Barsons Aesthetics

I’m Lesley, a fully insured aesthetic practitioner based in Boston, Lincolnshire. With over 40 years as a qualified nurse, 10 of those spent in chemotherapy nursing, I bring a deep understanding of patient care, safety, and wellbeing to every treatment.

Since 2017, I’ve specialised in aesthetics, combining medical expertise with the latest techniques to deliver safe, effective, and natural-looking results. I offer a range of treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, medical-grade chemical peels, Polynucleotides (PNs) for skin rejuvenation, Seventy Hyal skin boosters, and Dermalux Flex LED therapy. 

Plus, I’m trained in complications management by Dr. Lee Walker, so you're always in safe hands.
